Senior Unit Update Week 1 Term 1 2018

Well we did it, we got through the first day in the Senior Unit for 2018.

Now you may feel like this...

and that's fine as it was a big day of new ideas and expectations but well done you made it!

Here is the news for today!

PIN Night - Tuesday is our Parent Information Night and we are looking forward to meeting with you and explaining a bit about how the Senior Unit works and what to expect.

Starts at:  6.45pm to 7.05pm under the Shelter - introduction by Mr Daryl Trigg and Mr Julian Helbig
7.15pm to 7.45pm - Teacher presentation (Full rock concert)
7.50pm to 8.20pm - Teacher presentation in their classroom/area - REPEAT (Unplugged session)

Hot Weather - We just want to remind everyone about making sure they have hats for play during recess and lunch. Also we encourage students to wear some sunscreen. We have some at school for students to use.

Crossing Monitors - Today we also had a crossing monitors talk. It was a great to get an understanding of what to do on crossing duty and we encourage students consider being a crossing monitor and return the forms which were handed out today.

Lego Community Day - On Wednesday we will be hosting the Lego Community day. Information about the day came home tonight and we are looking forward to a brilliant day. Our last 3 have been a great success.
